Charms can enhance armor, weapons, rings, etc depending on the type of charm. You only need 1 piece to start enhancing, you can add other pieces as you find them.

For instance, you get a boar hide which you can put on armor. It takes 5 pieces to make a full charm. So you find a piece, put it on chest armor, and when you find pieces later you can put those on also. Check the pieces, they will tell you what items they can be used on. I usually wait for a while until i start to get nice green items that will last me a while before i put charms on them, so i don't have to pay to remove the items all the time.

Well I have tried to enhance armour to no avail. But I only pick up the equipment that becomes visible using the Alt key so maybe that armour is too high rated to be enchanted?

For example I tried to enchant some Arachnoid armour yesterday with boar hide to no avail. It just doesnt seem to work whereas in the demo it worked fine for everything. I have got the unofficial fan patch installed I dont know whether that has affected anything?

Yea the only equiptment you should pick up is the stuff hilighted when you press ALT, because the non-hilighted stuff is basically "junk" or broken armor that really isn't valuable or useful.

The first 3 can be crafted without any magical fragments or artifacts, but the same cannot be said of the artifact versions. You have the Broadsword, Claymore, and Dual Swords as the normal weapons. Then you also have the Clarent Blade, Carving Sword and Galantine Pair, which require artifacts in order to be crafted. First off, we have the meld. The meld is used to create artifacts.

In this tab, you get to choose the tier of the weapon you want, starting at Tier 4 and going up to Tier 8. If, on the other hand, you have no specific goal, you can just ignore the class option and pay only Note that you can choose the specifications however you like, but you will never get to choose the final artifact.

Salvaging is nothing more than breaking an artifact weapon apart in order to salvage the artifacts invested, and also some of the silver. There are two different reasons you might want to use this option. First, if you have collected an artifact weapon from an enemy defeated in PvP and find that the artifact is worth more than the artifact weapon itself, you would want to salvage it.

There are three enchantments which can be made: 1, 2 and 3. What I mean by this, is that if you have a T5 weapon, you can enchant it to Tier 5. Each time a weapon is enchanted, it will gain increased damage, spell and item power. As you can see in the table, each enchantment level requires a different fragment.
