Don't use any of the teleporters, it'll just get confusing. There's also a Calcium in the lower-left room. Check the bed on the far left for a Max Potion.
Once you've finished exploring, head back to the 3rd Floor and use the circled teleported pad. This will take you to the inaccessible room on the 7th Floor, where you'll have to battle your rival again. Continue on by using the other teleport pad towards the bottom. In the next room, head down, defeat the Rocket and go into the board room.
Here you'll battle Giovanni once again - he has a lv37 Nidorino, a lv35 Kangaskhan, a lv37 Rhyhorn and a lv41 Nidoqueen. Talk to the President at the head of the table, and he'll reward you with a Master Ball for saving the company.
Now that Team Rocket has gone, you're free to explore Saffron City. Go to the top row of houses, and go into the house on the far left Bring along that PokeDoll you bought earlier - if you haven't got one, get one from the 4th Floor of Celadon's MegaMart. Head upstairs and talk to the girl there. Sabrina's Gym is a grid of trainer's rooms. In each room, there are four teleport pads. At first, it seems daunting, but the sequence is quite simple.
If you want to go through all the rooms, beating all the trainers, simply use the teleport pad above you, or below, and you'll cycle through all the rooms and eventually end up in Sabrina's room. Alternatively, if you want to go straight to Sabrina, the sequence is after you've used the starting pad : Left, Left, Left, Down. Even though its a Psychic Gym, the trainers use a mix of Psychics and Ghosts. Psychic has two weaknesses, Bug and Ghost, but a glitch in the game causes Psychic Pokemon to be immune to Lick, the only damaging Ghost Attack Night Shade bypasses this, however.
And the only Bug Pokemon that learn Bug attacks are half Poison, making them very weak to Psychic attacks. In Generations I, III, and VII, the player can navigate the inside of the building by using warp tiles in order to reach the board room on the top floor.
They are the manufacturers of many tools, including the Silph Scope—a device that allows the user to view spectral entities—as well as home appliances. Team Rocket had also gained the Silph Co. There are a lot of teleporters in this building and I advise going through all the floors to defeat all the enemies and to pick up all the items. On the seventh floor, the player can receive a Lapras as a gift from a Silph employee. In the Generation I games, this was the only way to obtain a Lapras.
Hop in the elevator and head to the 5F. The Card Key will be in the bottom hallway or in the room in the southwest corner. Once you have the Card Key, hop back on the elevator and head to the 3rd floor. Open the door on the left side of the hall way and enter the first teleporter.
